The prices displayed are in Euros (€) and all include tax (VAT and all other taxes at the rates which apply in force at the time of the order).
The prices are net prices including the price of the Products, the logistic and packaging costs. Prices are valid on the date of the validation of the order. They may be modified subsequently, without notice. All orders delivered outside France may be subject to possible local taxation and customs duty, which are entirely incumbent upon the buyer.

Article n°3: Validation of your Order
The website Babouchescuir.com pledges to accept orders placed via the Internet, within the limit of available stocks, on the terms of this instrument which you must declare you have read and accepted when you validate your order.
Before concluding the sales contract, an order form will be displayed on your screen summarising in detail your entire order, the price including tax (excluding cost of delivery) which you may modify or cancel. Article n°4: Delivery and Reception
The website Babouchescuir.com pledges to prepare and ship your parcel within 2 days after receiving your payment.
The parcels are then managed by our shipping providers whom ship it through 3 different methods :
- Mondial relay
- Colissimo suivi
- DHL
Packages may also be shipped with Mondial Relay, they can be then withdrawn at the Mondial Relay closest spot to the delivery address indicated when ordering.
The order is delivered to the delivery address you have chosen. The information stated and registered at the time of the order is binding upon you. In the case of an error in the wording of the recipient's coordinates, Babouchescuir.com shall not be held responsible if it is impossible to deliver the parcel as a result of this error.
In the event that your order was open or damaged, your observations must be made to the transporter at the time of delivery in refusing the order and in writing to the transporter office. If not, we will not be able to compensate you for any possible damage occurring during the transport without the report of despoilment.
If you have not received your order within 10 days after shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary measures with the postal services. The minute your parcel is declared lost, we will either send you another package with your purchased items or fully refund you.

Article n ° 6: The Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the provisions of Articles L.221-18 and following the consumer code, you are entitled to 14 clear days following delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, this period is extended until the following business day.
Refunds will be done via bank transfer, Paypal or credit card, using the same payment method used for the order payment.
