Returns & Exchanges

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. 

Make sure your items are returned new and unused. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Two scenarios are possible : 

Your product doesn't fit your expectations :

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you can either exchange it or return it. To do so, please send us an e-mail explaining the reason of your dissatisfaction. If a return is possible, we will send you a return form. Then you will only have to sent back your items (fees at your expense) to us.

Your product is damaged : 

If you notice an anomaly at the reception of your order (defective article or error during the preparation of your order), the expenses of return and exchange are entirely covered by Babouchescuir.com.
In this case, contact us by e-mail, sending us a photo of the damaged product so that we can send you a prepaid Colissimo form. Upon the reception of your return, we shall handle the refund.

Please bear in mind that the return form must be placed in the package so your return / exchange can be handled.

Also keep in mind that the refunds can take up to 10 working days before appearing on your bank account, because of the variable processing time from one payment service provider to another.
